For forty years, each October, members of the communities of Darien, Downers Grove, Lisle, Woodridge, and Westmont have walked through downtown Downers Grove and the surrounding neighborhoods to raise awareness about hunger and to raise funds to help neighbors – near and far – who struggle with the problem of hunger. In the past 40 years of hunger fighting efforts, we've raised over $1 million with $250k of that benefiting local food pantries.
We invite your business to join our community in this endeavor and become a Corporate Sponsor by making a donation to the South DuPage CROP Hunger Walk. Your financial support for CROP Hunger Walk will help alleviate hunger and our publicity will proudly display your business as a supporter and leader in our community.
You may choose from four different levels of sponsorship, each with a varying degree of recognition for your participation. Any amount is welcome!
Up to $149 | Seeds | Your business name will appear on this website and in a South DuPage CROP Walk social media post. |
$150-$299 | Great Grains | As above plus: your business name will appear on the route map distributed to walkers. |
$300-$399 | Amber Fields | As above plus: your business name will be on the Sponsor Board on Walk Day |
$400 or more | Harvest | As above plus recognition as a Top Harvest Sponsor during Walk Day announcements |
While CROP Walk occurs October 18, 2026, we must identify sponsors early to prepare promotional materials. If your donation is received by August 28, 2026, your company name will be included in pre-Walk publicity and recognized on CROP Walk Day.
There are three ways that you can sponsor the walk.
Donate Online

Send a Check
Write a check made payable to "CWS/CROP" and mail it to Church World Service at the address below. Important: add a note stating your company name and that the donation is to support the "South DuPage CROP Hunger Walk."
